Since its formation, Pest Management Consultants has embraced a strict policy for quality assurance in order to provide its clients with the best possible services and in keeping with the sensitive nature of the work.

We have achieved this high level of service quality by implementing Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) that are used by all staff in Pest Management Consultants. Each employee is individually responsible for the implementation of these SOPs and the quality of their work.

All our staff members are familiar with the implemented quality assurance policy of the company and the related SOPs. Their work is monitored directly by the Quality Control manager who submits his reports to the management of Pest Management Consultants. In addition, we have an ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems implemented which is being audited externally.
